Shipping & Returns
Our online shipping and returns policy is the same as our in-store policy. By purchasing items online, you agree to our policy.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
- Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and all tags attached.
- All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Final Sale items include: sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories, swimwear, and undergarments. These cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition of Returns
Items returned in unsellable condition will be shipped back to the customer, with shipping and handling charged at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping
All returns are the customer's responsibility for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was shipped.
In-Store Returns
You are welcome to return or exchange items in-store at our Watch Hill location with your original receipt and a copy of your order invoice. Store credit is issued as a gift card with no expiration date, usable both in-store and online.
